Return and Exchange Policy

At Desire Homes, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✔ The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
✔ Customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defects or damage.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

❌ Customized or special-order furniture
❌ Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
❌ Clearance or discounted items (final sale)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at desirehomespk@gmail.com with:
✔ Clear photos/videos of the damaged item
✔ Order details and proof of purchase

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

4. Return & Exchange Process

1️⃣ Initiate a Request – Email us at desirehomespk@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund/Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Policy

✔ Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
✔ Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
✔ If the item was purchased during a sale or promotion, refunds will be issued at the discounted price paid.

6. Cancellations

✔ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
✔ Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
